BULLYING

Bullying is when someone is being hurt on purpose, either by words or actions. It usually occurs more than once and victims will have a hard time stopping what is happening to them (PACER center, 2020).

According to Shin from The Straits Times (2017), Singapore has 14.5% of students described as frequently bullied, compared to the OECD average of 8.9 per cent.
